WHO Fuming Over E-cigarettes, not helping to stop smoking?

The electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) was first developed by a Chinese company based in Hong Kong in 2004, since then they spring up and now sold in several other countries including Brazil, Britain, Canada, Finland and Israel. The World Health Organisation (WHO) angrily denounced to e-cigarette products that endorses so-called e-cigarettes as a means to stop smoking. Genuinely shockingly– as e-cigarette companies most like you believing but, WHO brazen plastered the organization’s name and logo across promotional material as sign an endorsement of the product. WHO anti-tobacco official told journalists that actually not a therapy for smokers to quit, Douglas Bettcher from WHO anti-tobacco says:
