In September ago we have seen Wakamaru Robot guide on UNIQLO SoHo store, now exist new robots has task serving like Wakamaru’s robot.
If Wakamaru robots as friendly salesclerk, CAFERO robot has task as serving coffee. Picture above about “CAFERO” serving coffee during show World’s Robots 2008 in Korean.
What do you see from CAFERO’s robot picture above? Robot waitresses less friendly, although will automaton takes orders on a touch screen but, maybe will evoke confusion if one hot coffee falls and spilled on human. I hope to Yujin robot company can explain if that thing happen, because sure the robot waitresses haves a duty to serve well.
