Since first show of MacBook, Apple already design for “small laptop” and renewing this laptop level consumer with launch new product. It is an awesome step for MacBook, the new design is good at all for inside also for outside, and Macbook is already changed into Macbook Pro Mini.
The most glaring thing from this new MacBook Pro small laptop is its design. Apple left polycarbonate materials to use alumunium. The result is more smooth design n fabulous, when it’s closed, the laptop look so slim even this MacBook Pro only 3 milimeters slimmer than the old version. MacBook also lose 0.3 kg from total weight before whiches 2,3 kg. The keyboard looks so similar the old version of MacBook but the colour of the key is black like the old model of black MacBook. The usage of keyboard is fun enough and not difficult, because MacBook Pro has light under the keyboard for the first time in MacBook history.
The big changes happened to MacBook Pro is for the screen, even MacBook Pro small laptop has 13.3 inch screen with the same resolution with 1280×800 pixels like the previous version, but this is the first time that MacBook Pro use more slim LED screen, more shinning, and also more powerless.
The Trackpad on MacBook Pro small laptop is not has button in the buttom area of the Trackpad. With the no exist of seperated button, Trackpad area become more big. The newest Trackpad is also support multi-touch gesture which give MacBook Pro small laptop so it can know the move of fingers. The users can twist pictures, drag the photos, Expose aplication, and change the aplication.
MacBook Pro small laptop use processor Intel Core 2 Duo (Penryn) with 3MB L2 cache internal like the old version MacBook, but this newest MacBook Pro small laptop offered the processor with more power whiches 2.0Ghz and 2.4Ghz. Front-Side Bus which raised from 800MHz to 1066Mhz and RAM use 1066MHz DDR3 from before 800Mhz DDR2.
The other important development on MacBook Pro small laptop is graphic processor which is the new NVIDIA GeForce 9400M. Not like Intel GMA X3100 in previous version, 9400M has its own GPU which give bigger power from Intel chip.
