HP Small laptops Likely Run on 3 Versions of Windows 71 comment

Microsoft has said that there will be two primary versions of Windows 7 in weeks ago. But, actually how many versions of windows 7 can runs on the Small laptops/netbook? According to Hewlett-Packard, recently attempted to confirm the situation in an interview with Computerworld, that will least three different editions, and possibly more. Those include in the Professional edition and Home Premium edition, also the low-end Starter edition, which user limit will only run three applications at the same time.

HP manager for business notebook PCs, Kyle Thornton said, they has been testing Windows 7 Ultimate on its small laptops/netbook line, actually that only effort to prove (although not all) then intends to offer it on future small laptops/netbook or not. Kyle Thornton also says that HP will hope more to continue pre-install both Windows XP Professional and Vista Business on its business-oriented small laptops/netbook even after Windows 7 OS ships and come out.

While HP updated the hard-core onto new small laptops, the Mini 2140 has featuring battery life up to 8 hours, 160 GB drives with anti-drop data protection capabilities, and a sleek-yet-professional aluminum casing are about $499 until $650. “I believe that we’ve got the one of the first, if not only, viable business netbooks out there.” Thornton said. The 2140’s is a Cheap new laptops category.
